How to calculate the full load power. . ?
I have a calculation sheet engine motor full load "of three-phase delta. Tension motor nameplate. : 460 Hz motor nameplate. V: 60 Hz volt control transformer between the equipment and production process. : 110 VAC engine performance. (Full load): Factors Power 91.7% (full load). : 91.7% RPM (full load): 3519 HP: 20 Torque (full load). : 100%, £ 29.8 feet.
Evaluation engine power to mechanical energy delivered to load. When you know that speed and torque at full load, you can calculate the horsepower is. Torque RPM = X / 5252 or 29.8 x 3519 / 5252 = 20 Hp power input = power output performance. = 20/.917 = 21.8 or 21.8 X 746 Hp = 16 270 watts.
