What controls the control unit A / C in a car?
I have a 2001 Dodge Stratus and my A / C isn't working i read that I have to replace a unit control, but do not know what is one.is ECU, ECM or PCM.
First, you must verify or check the coolant level in the AC system. Most systems have a pressure switch that turns off the compressor if the refrigerant is low. Now UCP = Powertrain Control Unit ECM = Engine Control Module ECU = Engine Control Unit If you think this logically, for small engine configurations (non-V8 cars) is not uncommon for the control of "unit to disengage the A / C during downshifting the transmission gear - like change to happen, etc. .. So I think the CPU is the most logical choice. Good luck, hope this helps ...
