medium power transistor!?

guys please tell me of RF Power Transistors average output.i to use on my oscillator but need less than 1 Watt of power

There are thousands of pieces. you must choose a power level. This is the first I found MRF630, good for 3 watts at 470 Mhz. "requires 1 watt of power" so what? transistor will conduct more than 3 watts to 1 watt cool. The output is determined a lot, and the maximum power capability of the transistor is not one of them ..

What is the basic objective of the base of a transistor? transistor will occur if the base is absent?

Ideal transistor

A transistor is a bipolar transistor without base. The Foundation has created the emitter current through the fall of potential base-emitter. As it is a junction biased, a small potential can create a strong current. The flow does not leave the database connection, but through the base region to the collector, a transistor without a base is simply a diode.

SAP Orientation Course .. confused about the module and the employment prospects of WRT .. the current downturn?

Hi hw r u. .. I took a degree in mechanical engineering in 1998 and have approximately 5 years experience in a manufacturing company considered an engineer production in the assembly section clock. In 2005 I went to Australia and doing odd jobs as machine operators cutting laser, etc. mainly related to the production workshop ... im bak now in India for SAP training as im willing to upgrade my career .... do u think he possible for me in the SAP industry ... Is this the right time for me to change things, such as SAP ... My little knowledge of computers and related topics such as ERP, etc. will affect my career as SAP in the future ... As for my skills No experience module would u suggest I continue my career in SAP ... U can also suggest me gud Institute in India who actually must .. SAP Education reputaion I also hav a bachelor economy .. im really desperate for these answers, my confusion does not let me go ... anxiously awaiting a response ... PLZ HELP
